ZoneSight is a planning intelligence service for architects. We are operated by the ZoneSight team (contact: hello@zonesight.com). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Data we collect

When you sign up for early access or register contributor interest, we collect: your email address, first name, city, firm size, role, and interest type. We do not collect any additional data without your explicit consent.

Our analytics tool (Plausible or Fathom) records page views without using cookies or tracking personal identifiers. No third-party trackers, advertising pixels, or session-recording tools are used.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to: notify you when ZoneSight launches in your city, understand demand by city and firm segment, and reach out to potential contributors personally. We do not share your data with third parties. We do not sell your data.

Data retention

Data is retained until product launch or 24 months from the date of collection, whichever is sooner. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@zonesight.com.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. You may also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@zonesight.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may also unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@zonesight.com with the subject “Unsubscribe”.

We do not set cookies on this website. Our analytics tool operates without cookies and is GDPR-compliant without requiring a consent banner.
